Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

VariantKey sells authorized digital license products, subscription codes, and setup or activation support services. Orders are reviewed manually before payment instructions and delivery are sent.

Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, eligible digital products or service instructions are delivered by email. Delivery time can vary while we verify availability, payment status, and product compatibility.

Refunds before delivery

You may request cancellation before a license key, subscription code, setup invitation, or service work has been delivered or started.

Refunds after delivery

Because digital products cannot be returned once revealed, activated, or used, completed digital deliveries are generally not refundable. If a delivered code is invalid and our support team cannot verify, replace, or resolve the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Support services

Setup and activation support covers the agreed service only. We do not guarantee access to third-party services beyond the terms, availability, and eligibility rules of those providers.
