These terms apply to purchases and service requests made through VariantKey. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any applicable terms from the software publisher or service provider.

Products and services

VariantKey offers authorized digital license products, subscription codes, and setup or activation support services. We do not sell unauthorized access, compromised accounts, or shared accounts that violate a provider’s terms.

Manual order review

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the request appears unsafe, or the requested use does not match product/provider rules.

Payments

Checkout currently collects order details only. Payment instructions are sent manually after availability and order details are reviewed. Prices and availability may change before payment is confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the correct email address, checking product compatibility, following activation instructions, and using each product or service according to the applicable license and provider terms.

Third-party services

Software publishers and online service providers control their own products, subscriptions, account rules, pricing, and availability. VariantKey is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers after fulfillment.

Digital delivery and refunds

Digital delivery and refund handling are described in our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy. Once a digital license, code, invitation, or completed setup service is delivered, refund options may be limited.
